This Vancouver, British Columbia based company is owned by friends Garth Mclean and Michelle Neilson. The inspiration behind MCLEAN is their mutual desire to create nourishing food that supports sustainable farming and food production from farm to table.

The MCLEAN ORGANIC brand represents products made using Certified Organic meat and spices. The MCLEAN NATRO brand represents a line of meats from specially selected farms that do not use antibiotics or growth hormones and that meet our high animal welfare standards.

All MCLEAN cooked products are made without the use of chemical food additives such as MSG, erythorbate, nitrates, nitrites, or artificial flavours or colours. Products are also free of gluten (wheat), dairy, soy and Genetically Modified spices (GMOs). MCLEAN organic and natro products are now available in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes and the Northwest Territories.
